All of our AZPOS Retail Systems are sold with dedicated telephone support, provided by our friendly Bolton based helpdesk, so you can be assured that if you ever require on-site support we will arrange for an Engineer to visit you.
Our call management system will keep you updated on any issues via email, so you can always see the status of your call. We even have the capability to contact your system remotely to diagnose and repair the majority of issues, so you don’t need to be technical to talk to us!
