Simple, Friendly Support

 

All of our AZPOS Retail Systems are sold with dedicated telephone support, provided by our friendly sister company Retail Assist. You can be assured that if you ever require on-site support we will arrange for an Engineer to visit you.

Our call management system will keep you updated on any issues via email, so you can always see the status of your call. We even have the capability to contact your system remotely to diagnose and repair the majority of issues, so you don’t need to be technical to talk to us!

Hardware Support

At BMC Azurri, we understand the critical role that reliable hardware plays in the seamless operation of your retail and gift aid solutions. That’s why we offer comprehensive hardware support for all your tills, cash drawers, and scanners, ensuring you can focus on your mission without the worry of technical disruptions.

Support Hours

Our dedicated support team is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM to assist you with any hardware issues that may arise. Whether it’s a minor glitch or a more complex problem, we’ve got you covered.

First Line Support

For immediate assistance, all first-line calls are handled by our sister company, Retail Assist. Their experienced team is well-equipped to provide prompt and effective solutions to common issues, ensuring minimal downtime for your operations.

Second Line Support

For more specialised or persistent issues, second-line support is available directly through our help desk located at our Bolton office. Our expert technicians are ready to delve deeper into complex problems and provide tailored solutions to ensure your hardware is functioning optimally.
