BMc Azurri has been supporting Charity Retailers for over 10 years, providing software and services to help them benefit from technology designed especially for the sector. Our aim is to make every step of the donation and sales process as simple as possible, for donors, volunteers and customers, to maximise the potential returns for the causes they support.
We are part of the wider Barron McCann group of companies, which support some of the largest names on the high street throughout the UK and Europe. This ensures that we have the scale to meet the needs of our largest charity customers and can undertake large scale hardware procurement, deployment and ongoing field engineering maintenance, whilst still providing our software and gift aid services through BMc Azurri.
Due to this unique advantage, we enjoy a large and varied customer base, from very small charities and community projects right up to the largest charity retailers on our highstreets. This variety ensures that we have the experience to continue developing new products and services to appeal to all of our customers, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
We are based in Bolton, ensuring our helpdesk is never far away should you need support. We offer a nationwide maintenance service with your first point of contact being our friendly, fully trained helpdesk. In addition to our support services we have produced a series of simple instructional videos right here on our website to assist with training and self-diagnosis.
